The Cheka-OGPU learned that the investigation into the death of Alexei Navalny in IK-3 of the village. Kharp is carried out by investigators from the Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee for the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. It was Seropyan who, on the spot in the night, ordered the transfer of the politician’s body to the Salekhard morgue and calmly watched the throwing of his relatives, postponing the release of the body until at least 14 days. 
Seropyan comes from the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for the Vladimir Region, where Alexei Navalny was serving his sentence before the tragedy. There Seropyan headed interdistrict departments, and was later transferred to a similar position in Nadym, and then to the department for the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. On the eve of the death of the founder of FBK, the head of the police department became the owner of real estate in the Moscow residential complex of skyscrapers overlooking the Moscow River City Bay. Seropyan’s name cannot be found among the official owners. But in October 2023, he registered in a residential complex chat only for residents and began to inquire (calling other chat participants “neighbors”) how many air conditioners could be installed and various repair details. From his messages it clearly follows that he became the owner of the apartments.
