The security forces took on the notorious businessman from Plyos, Alexei Shevtsov, who invented the “izbing hotel”, and the local authorities. The General Prosecutor’s Office returned to the distant year 2013 and found out that the administration of the Privolzhsky municipal district of the Ivanovo region, violating the law, provided Shevtsov with a land plot in Plyos for an unfinished construction project. Interestingly, the alienated land plot was 227 times larger than the area of ​​the building erected on it.

For many years the site was used solely for the purpose of making a profit. Shevtsov exploited it to provide dubious hotel services under the brand “Izbing Hotel “Manor of the Wild Master”. Disregarding the authorities and relevant authorities, the businessman unauthorizedly built one-story houses and registered them as unfinished construction projects. And local governments ignored the seizure of territories.

As a result, a criminal case has been opened under the article “Negligence” (for now). The regional prosecutor’s office promises to bring the case to its logical conclusion. And what it will be like will become known a little later, because Shevtsov does not plan to give up. The entrepreneur has already stated that the climate for business in the Ivanovo region has deteriorated, but he plans to move the business to another territory.
