The Cheka-OGPU continues its own investigation into the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for Moscow, Oleg Baranov. We have at our disposal the testimony of a person who was once close to Baranov’s team. Previously, we published a detailed story about how Baranov and his “right hand” Konstantin Stroganov found themselves together with thieves in law and bandits in a sauna at the moment when, in front of the “operators,” they brutally killed a man who refused to comply with the demands of Baranov and Co.

And now the Cheka-OGPU has all the evidence about how, from December 2017 to April 2018, operatives from two departments of the search department of the Moscow police headquarters, on the personal orders of Baranov, carried out secret external surveillance (using technical means and information resources) of Mikhail Kovalchuk and his immediate surroundings. The reason for these operational measures was the personal request of Vladimir Kolokoltsev (who, in turn, was asked about this by family friend Boris Rottenberg). These events were supervised in violation of the secrecy regime by Oleg Baranov’s friend, relative and drinking companion, the former head of the 7th ORCh at the Internal Affairs Directorate for the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow, Sergei Shershak. The latter has repeatedly proven his creativity: organizing sex parties in his office, dressing up girls with reduced social responsibility as police officers and walking around the district police department without pants, but with a service weapon in a state of acute alcoholic intoxication (In fact, the hero of “Drunk Firm”) . As a result, Shershak went to such a low point in life that Baranov assigned Konstantin Stroganov to him, who over time became Baranov’s most trusted confidant.

With Baranov’s consent, requests were repeatedly sent to TsORI to establish the personal data of Mikhail Kovalchuk’s inner circle (despite the fact that, due to official necessity, a number of his colleagues were “closed” in operational search databases). There are witnesses, documents, Baranov in office, who likes to claim that he is carrying out special orders from Putin. Apparently, Kovalchuk was also monitored as part of “special assignments.”
