Generals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, thieves in law and a brutal murder in a sauna

The team of the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow, Oleg Baranov, has been dismissed; he himself may leave his post in the near future. The most severe blow to Baranov was dealt when his “right hand”, “wallet”, etc. were sent into retirement. – ex-chief of the CSS, head of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the North-Eastern Administrative District Konstantin Stroganov. This is the main topic of discussion within the Ministry of Internal Affairs. They add to everything that the generals were caught up with the “past.”

What kind of past is this?

The Cheka-OGPU found a source who knows this past and will tell about it in several stories.

The first story is about how Baranov and Stroganov escaped from the murder case. They themselves did not commit it, but were present at it, about which there is testimony, many witnesses and even a video recording.

Part 1

Until the mid-2000s, Oleg Baranov held senior positions in the organized crime unit of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the South-East Administrative District of Moscow, and Stroganov was his friend, “right hand”, “wallet” and subordinate in the OBOP – he headed the department. Then it was no secret that Baranov, Stroganov and Co. were the main roof in the area for most commercial structures.

They didn’t work on their own.

They had authoritative partners who terrified businessmen. These are thieves in law Igor Glaznev (Vova Pitersky), Georgy Sorokin (Zhora Tashkentsky), Shalva Chkhenkeli (Shalva Khonsky), authority Pioneer, militants Bober and Masel, etc.

Among the many sponsored structures that gave the lion’s share of income to the operas, there was an “underground” car service with a small auto parts store. Officially it belonged to the father and son Kruzhalenko; the secret co-owners were the South-Eastern Administrative District Opera.

And so Kruzhalenko Sr. takes out a large loan from the bank, turns the car service center into a “cool” Service Center, and the store into a luxurious shopping pavilion, which is immediately rented by a large plumbing supply chain.
To all the operators’ claims that deductions have stopped coming in, Kruzhalenko explains: profits have increased many times, we need to wait until he “recaptures” the loans and the “roof” partners begin to receive income again, only much more than before.

However, opera – guys from the 90s – they don’t understand all these business schemes. They announce to Kruzhalenko Sr. that the center must be sold immediately and the profits divided. He refuses.

The opera is sent to solve the problem of its “dark” partners – Vova Pitersky, Shalva Khonsky, Bober, Masel, etc.
Those (the events take place in 2006) invite father and son Kruzhalenko to the Namangan sauna to discuss the “problem”. There, the thieves in law and their bulls are putting pressure on the father and son, putting pressure on them and saying that the center should be transferred to other persons.

As a result, Kruzhalenko Sr. begins to say that he agrees to part with the center, but the documents are at home. Kruzhalenko Jr. is driving home with militants Bober and Masel. At the same time, they take valuables and money from the premises. Everyone, along with the documents, returns to the sunu. Since the “thieves” are not very versed in all these business intricacies, they call the initiators of the showdown for the center – Baranov and Stroganov. They come to the sauna and carefully go through the back door. Documents are signed on the spot, after which the drinking begins. While drinking alcohol, a very drunk Kruzhelenko Sr. directly says that he is thinking about the “thieves” and their opera friends. Vova Pitersky, even among the simplest crime lords, is considered a “stupid bull” and a “scumbag.” Which he proved in the sauna.

Enraged by the words of Kruzhelenko Sr., Glaznev beats the owner of the center and locks him in the sauna room where he increases the temperature.

After waiting until Kruzhelenko Sr. lost consciousness, the thief in law throws his body into a kind of pool. When the man came to his senses, the thief in law and the militants kicked the victim from the sides, preventing her from leaving the tiny pool. When Kruzhelenko again loses consciousness, Vova Pitersky’s militants carry the body to “dry” (so they say) to the sauna, where they lock him again. When Kruzhelenko Sr. stopped showing signs of life, he was again thrown into the pool.
