Krasnikov’s wife Svetlana is a co-owner of the London company Preferred Management Limited. Through this and other companies Svetlana, her mother and sister control about 33% of the shares of Energogarant, one of the largest Russian insurers. For 2021, profit exceeded 1.1 billion rubles, the value of assets amounted to more than 22 billion rubles, and revenue from insurance premiums amounted to about 16 billion. Krasnikov was a member of the board of directors for some time.

Energogarant is friends with high-ranking security officials. In 2003, the company co-founded the Military Sports Fund with an address on Bolshaya Lubyanka, 1/3 – that is, in the FSB building complex. The head of the fund was the then Deputy Director of the FSB Viktor Komogorov, and for the next 20 years, Energogarant sponsored the fund’s events. Meetings of the fund are held in different departments – General Staff, Ministry of Defense, Federation Council and FSB – they write about this openly on the website. And when Komogorov retired from the FSB, then became an advisor to the general director of Energogarant.

Why the Krasnikovs will not be able to get rid of English business, even despite the threat of sanctions – read on the Dossier website.
