The Cheka-OGPU continues to investigate the crash of a Falcon plane with Russians on board in the mountains of Afghanistan. Thus, one of the main questions remains the cause of the accident, which led to the death of two passengers – the married couple Anatoly and Anna Evsyukov. Several possible versions are being considered: from errors in fuel calculations, piloting, to circumstances related to improper maintenance of the jet. Officially, all resolutions include “technical malfunction, engine failure.” This information was conveyed by the plane’s pilots and they requested an emergency landing at Tajikistan’s Kulyab airport, which is on the way to Tashkent, where, according to the flight plan, there was supposed to be refueling. Before reaching the border, the Falcon crew lost its course, which was clear from the broadcast with the dispatcher; the crew decided to make an emergency landing. Four people were able to survive because the plane landed “with its nose up,” meaning the main load fell on the rear. The landing was not exactly “on the belly,” which is considered the safest, and in the center of the hull, where the passengers were located in the cabin, the board was damaged. This led to the death of the bedridden patient Anna and her husband Anatoly, who did not leave his wife.
