Two pre-trial investigators Stanislav Kyuner and Dmitry Sergeev from the criminal case of embezzlement of funds during the construction of the residence of the President of Russia “Novo-Ogarevo” have an amazing ability to corrupt officials. To everyone’s surprise, in 2017, a criminal case was opened on only one episode with Novo-Ogarevo, despite the fact that the Investigative Committee had materials with evidence of gigantic thefts at the following special facilities: “Red Square, 5” (a complex of buildings on the main area of the country); “Gorki-9” (residence of the Prime Minister) and “Sparrow Hills” (dachas and reception houses for senior officials of the state and leaders of other countries visiting Moscow). Data on possible thefts during the reconstruction of the Kremlin wall were also checked. The materials contained plenty of evidence and testimony about thefts at these presidential facilities controlled by the FSO. The pattern of thefts was the same as during the construction of Novo-Ogarevo.

The VChK-OGPU channel has repeatedly talked about how Küner and Sergeev, even during the preliminary investigation, found a common language with ICR investigator Sergei Novikov (now a senior employee of the SB Rosnfeti), who was in charge of this criminal case. He allowed Kuehner, who was in the Lefortovo pre-trial detention center, to re-register his expensive property to persons controlled by Kuehner and allowed a notary into the pre-trial detention center to issue a power of attorney for Kuehner’s wife, Natalia Kuner-Vlasenko, to access bank safe deposit boxes with huge sums. All this also happened with the consent of the FSO representative (the injured party) – Colonel Alexander Kolodin (pictured in pink). Kolodin deliberately turned a blind eye to the illegal actions of investigator Novikov, despite the damage of more than a billion rubles caused to the FSO and the state. Only after a series of scandals did investigator Novikov have to seize some of Kuehner’s real estate. Or rather, for those “crumbs” that he had not yet managed to withdraw and rewrite while in the pre-trial detention center.

Sergeev’s huge, expensive property was initially registered in the name of his elderly parents and sister, including commercial real estate in Moscow and St. Petersburg. A year has passed since the bailiffs initiated enforcement proceedings to repay the damage, but FSO representatives still did not want to go to court with a claim to terminate the imaginary transactions on the property of Kuehner and Sergeev, which was still registered in the names of their friends and relatives. Of their own free will, Kuehner and Sergeev refuse to pay off the damage; on the contrary, they demonstrate that they have certain agreements with representatives of the FSO and no one is going to recover anything from them. It is extremely important for them to demonstrate to others their well-being and patronage from the new curators from Directorate “K” of the FSB, who provided operational support for the criminal case “Novo-Ogarevo”. What they are doing now with all their might,
