A source from the Cheka-OGPU reported that the case of the beating of Olympic medalist and ex-defender of CSKA Moscow basketball player Alexei Shved suffered the same fate as most cases marked “under control at all levels.” When the noise, hubbub and resonance gave way to complete inaction, and then completely, the situation went into silence, three accused were quietly removed from the case in the Investigative Committee, and one charge was dropped against the fourth volunteer.

According to the interlocutor, after the beating of basketball star Alexei Shved near a club in the center of Moscow, a criminal case was opened under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Hooliganism” and three young people were detained. The case was transferred to the Central Office of the Investigative Committee. And the typical representatives of the golden youth ended up in the pre-trial detention center – MGIMO students, sons of businessmen from the medical field, owners of the Dobromed clinic chain, brothers Prince and Ramzin Amiraslanov, as well as the son of an entrepreneur, owner of a trading house in Perm, Gleb Pisarev. One of the brothers celebrated his birthday in the same establishment where the injured athlete was vacationing, the other arrived with his personal driver Yusuf Mirashurov. The latter also beat Alexey Shved and was detained later by his accomplices at the airport with tickets to his homeland in his pocket. Despite the fact that the Amiraslanovs did not even deny their participation in the beating, including publicly, all three were quietly released at the very end of 2023, and the case against them was dropped due to the lack of evidence of a crime. The “hooligan” was also canceled for the driver of the Amiraslanovs, he took the blame for the broken head of the champion and is awaiting his humane sentence.
