Sources of the Cheka-OGPU report that the data we previously published on the activities of the deputy chairman of the regional Irkutsk court Natalya Medvedevawhich, in order to please the business of her husband, illegal cryptominer Sergei Medvedev, on the eve of the elections is ready to jeopardize uninterrupted power supply in the region, was taken for sale by law enforcement agencies of the Irkutsk region. As we know, individual judges subordinate to Medvedeva have already been secretly interviewed by operational officers. During the conversations, they confirmed the fact of repeated appeals to them by N.I. Medvedeva. and revealed the content of the instructions given to her on the wording of the sentences that should be pronounced at the upcoming trials in the Irkutsk region. Let us recall that at the end of last year, Judge Medvedeva began to “persistently explain” to the judiciary the “new rules” for the application of legal practice to collect inter-tariff differences. Medvedev demands that when considering claims from sales companies – electricity suppliers – in courts, the plaintiffs themselves must prove the “commercial intent” of users who use energy capacity for business activities. Otherwise, judges, on Medvedeva’s instructions, should take the side of miners who earn money from the “household tariff” and pump electricity into their pockets. Medvedeva’s pressure on the region’s judges is explained solely by the fact that her husband Sergei Medvedev “earns money” in this way. Moreover, over the past year and a half, the courts of the Irkutsk region only officially collected from him 3.9 million rubles in the tariff difference, which the Medvedev family mined in “domestic conditions”, using the official position of the wife. Now Natalya Medvedeva faces a whole series of difficult “conversations about the main thing” – about judicial honor, and the law and criminal liability.
