We watch our hands: On August 8, 2023, the RF Armed Forces receive a complaint
Ananikyan S.S., on August 16, a complaint was received from his accomplice, financial manager Denis Lukyanov, in the same case, on August 16, judge Ksenofontova N.A. resolutely requests the case materials from the lower court and at the same moment issues a ruling to suspend the execution of the appealed rulings, which are so inconvenient for the winner of the contested auction Ananikyan, his accomplices and financial manager Lukyanov.
The amazing speed of reaction and compassion of the judge, so rare for the Supreme Court in such cases, cannot but strike the eye of a sophisticated reader.
As expected, on December 20, the complaints of these individuals were submitted to the Judicial Board for consideration, which will take place on January 29.
Ms. Ksenofontova is going to cancel the judicial act of the Moscow cassation, which stood up to protect the rights of the DIA Group of Companies, the majority creditor in the case, whose interests were violated during the sale of collateral, the right to income from which belongs to the Agency.
According to information received from the Agency, the management of the DIA Group is at a loss as to whose will there is an attack of this level on state interests, as a result of which the state may receive damage in the amount of at least 800 million rubles.
Considering the recent arrests in the management of the M FSB of Russia, the question arises
– and who then can lobby Ananikyan’s interests against the DIA Group of Companies?
It is obvious that Judge Ksenofontova’s command to take such actions could have come exclusively from the immediate leadership of the Economic Collegium of the RF Armed Forces Podnosova. And then what is this – family support or another work for a bribe?
It is also interesting that the financial manager
Denis Lukyanov, a month after filing a complaint with the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, was disqualified by the court and deprived of the status of an independent agent for violations, including during the organization of auctions in bankruptcy cases. At the same time, having clearly been assigned to the case under the patronage and at the will of the DIA Group in 2019, by 2023 he came into clear conflict with the Agency, which surprisingly coincided with the sale of assets at auction to Ananikyan. Since the illegal sale of the asset to Ananikyan and his accomplices, they have already received income from the asset in the amount of more than 100 million rubles, which the Russian state represented by the DIA Group did not receive.
The Cheka-OGPU will monitor further developments of the situation.
