According to the Cheka-OGPU, the fierce criticism of Novosibirsk deputy Vyacheslav Ilyukhin against the regional government for actions on large concessions is just a smokescreen. The parliamentarian hopes to delay as much as possible the process of publishing the results of the audit of his activities as director of the Housing Development Development Agency JSC, because over several years Ilyukhin has more than once used his official position for selfish interests. An audit of the control department of the Novosibirsk region established the fact of misuse of 18.33 million rubles of budget investments. This happened in May 2019. The funds, as you might guess, were to be used to implement infrastructure projects. Also, the real circumstances of dubious transfers of promising land plots may come to the surface. So “SZ Akadem-Razvitie” received from the director of ARZhS Ilyukhin a total of three plots, which later formed the territory of an elite residential complex. The fact of violation of procedures was established by inspection. SZ Akadem-Razvitie, meanwhile, is part of the Sever group of companies, which is directly related to Ilyukhin himself – the founder of the company is his legal wife.
