On September 13, 2023, the lawyers of Anatoly Chubais, Vladimir Vasiltsov and Olga Kozyreva, through the expedition of the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow, filed a statement dated September 11, 2023, signed by Anatoly Chubais, about his impossibility of participating in the trials. We are talking about the consideration of the case based on Chubais’s application against businessman Anatoly Suchkov. Judge Lutov A.V. This statement was attached to the criminal case and handed over to the participants in the process for review.
On October 30, 2023, the Alfa Center for Forensic Expertise and Assessment established that the signature on the statement dated September 11, 2023 was not made by Anatoly Chubais, but by another person.
Thus, Anatoly Chubais’s lawyers provided the court with a fictitious document that resulted in a legally significant event – the court recognizing Anatoly Chubais’s failure to appear in the trials as justified.
On November 7, 2023, the above-mentioned expert opinion and the petition to exclude evidence were submitted by the prosecution’s defense in accordance with the procedure established by law to the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow.
Within 3 (Three) months, the conclusion of the specialists and the petition of the accused failed with Judge A.V. Lutov. no movement. All this time, the consideration of criminal case No. 123632 on far-fetched circumstances by judge Lutov A.V. was postponed.
The reason for such a long, artificially created break became clear on January 12, 2024, when judge Lutov A.V. at the court hearing announced the 2nd (Second) statement similar to September 11, 2023, from Chubais but already certified by an Israeli notary using a Russian (internal) passport!

Thus, as of January 12, 2024, the case file contains 2 (Two) statements from Anatoly Chubais about the impossibility of attending court for “objective reasons” known only to him:
– recognized by handwriting experts as fictitious dated September 11, 2023;
– certified in gross violation of the law by an Israeli notary
