As expected, the patron of the “golden toilets,” the Minister of Internal Affairs for the Republic of North Ossetia, Demyan Laptev, continues to skillfully lead Minister Kolokoltsev by the nose in matters of personnel formation in the republican Ministry of Internal Affairs. In a couple of months, more than a dozen of the planned 40 employees have already quietly moved to Ossetia. All of them, “completely by chance,” had previously served with Laptev in Tomsk or Stavropol. General Laptev rewarded his newly arrived loyal guardsmen, apparently for their loyalty to the “toilet” ideals, with a bonus based on the results of their work for the year (!) from 300 to 500 thousand rubles. It is obvious that such sums can only be generated by depriving other ministry employees who, unlike the Laptevites, worked a full year, and not a month, or even less. Such actions by Laptev drive the personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of North Ossetia-Alania into wild depression, who, in addition to the lack of career prospects, learned in practice what it means to “suffer in rubles” for other people’s ideals. The first sign, oddly enough, was UEBiPK, 30 of whose employees, who did not agree with the Laptevsky policy, wrote reports of dismissal. Of these, 20 have already been fired. In narrow circles, information is being circulated that the next in line is the Investigation Department – about 15 people here are ready to say goodbye to the Laptev lawlessness. Knowledgeable people say that this will be irreparable damage to the system because the investigator is a specialist specialist. The employees of the special platoon of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs decided to react in their own way to President Putin’s statement “traffic cops should not just catch someone on the roads.” Tired of the constant instructions from Laptev’s proteges about total extortions on the roads, the unit’s employees also decided to follow the path of the Economic Security and Combating Committee and simply run wherever they look. The position of the DGSK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is surprising when, in the conditions of an acute personnel crisis, noted by Minister Kolokoltsev, as part of Laptev’s personnel purge, real professionals who could benefit the Motherland in other (not needed by Laptev here and now) positions or in other regions , possibly in newly annexed territories. We can only hope that the commission of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, which is currently working in Vladikavkaz, will not sweep the problems of the Ossetian police under the carpet, but will at least try to listen to the employees of the mentioned units without witnesses. I wonder if the “patron of golden toilets” is acting with the knowledge of Minister Kolokoltsev?
