It is impossible to understand how this happened, if back in 2019 the Regional Management Center (RMC) was inaugurated in the region, the work of which, according to the governor, “is based on modern technologies and digitalization of processes,” which “helps control the work of housing and communal services” and “Respond to public complaints in a matter of minutes.”
On the Dobrodel portal, complaints from the Bogorodsky district are being removed, where quite recently the residents of Staraya Kupavna defended the Zhilkinsky forest from the dumping of garbage, and now, with the submission of Evgeniy Khromushin through the Ministry of Ecology of the Moscow Region Gagina and Vovka, residents will face another environmental disaster under the guise of reclamation of a flooded quarry, the so-called “ technosoil”, which includes waste of the third and fourth hazard classes and it sounds like this – the use of soil waste recycling technology to obtain marketable products, namely technogenic soils for reclamation work, which have a conclusion of the state environmental examination No. 315 – E dated 12.10. 2018 on land plot 50:16:0000000:76268. The garbage is brought in by entrepreneurs from sunny Armenia – Armais, Aram, Seryozha and Yuri Arzumanyan, represented by Ekolprof LLC, who with their brothers from the same Armenia, but in the person of Stroysigma LLC, managed to transfer agricultural land to industrial land under the previously obtained MSK license 80341 TE for sand extraction 
They not only transport garbage to the flooded area, but having such patrons as Khromushina and the Ministry of Ecology of the Moscow Region, they dig sand outside the geological allotment, on land plot 50:16:060304:8 (agricultural land).
Sand from this quarry was necessary for the implementation of a national infrastructure project, which is the Moscow-Kazan highway, where sand from the Kashinsky quarry was also used.
Is it really impossible to build in the Russian Federation without causing irreparable, incalculable harm to nature and creating unbearable living conditions for the residents of the Bogorodsky District!
Would it be possible to build this wonderful road without corruption schemes, without blatant violation of the law and constitutional rights of citizens? Don’t such actions discredit a project that is funded by the state?
Two officials of the administration of the Bogorodsky district were categorically against the lease and approval for waste reclamation of these territories near Staraya Kupavna.
They perfectly understood the damage to the environment that the so-called reclamation activities of Ekolprof LLC could cause, because a huge area was flooded and all the garbage would end up in the Shalovka River, which is a tributary of the Klyazma River, about which the head of Sukhin was informed, but after calling Akimycha, the same day they were fired, including the head of the land committee, Knyazeva Evgenia Simonovna.
Please note, the estimated cost of the route is 911.67 billion rubles, and how much more will people from sunny Armenia, together with the deputy chairman of the Moscow region government, earn from garbage?!
