The medical workers leaving the clinic only brush aside questions about Ramzan Kadyrov: “you’re tired,” “you know everything, why are you asking us.” Any attempt to pass along the perimeter is monitored by security through cameras (approximately every 20 meters); when approaching the checkpoint, security officers come out and ask, they say, why walk along the fences.
