In light of the upcoming troubles for the former vice-governor for the construction of St. Petersburg Igor Albin in the person of his predecessor Marat Oganesyan, which we recently talked about, let’s think about this topic some more. So far, as colleagues reported, his nephew Alexander Albin, who headed the Mechanization Department of the St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution Mostostrest, was arrested for a ridiculous bribe. This is a forceful approach to Albin – his nephew has already gone to house arrest, immediately and completely agreeing to cooperate with the investigation. But everyone has already forgotten that Marat Melsovich also has serious connections in the world of crime bosses. The story is simpler – in the early 2000s, he was a co-owner of the elite fitness club MB Club in Moscow, where, among others, lawmen visited. It was there that Oganesyan met and became close friends with thief in law Eduard Asatryan, nicknamed Edik Osetrina. It was he who became the main “godfather” of Oganesyan and it was through this connection that Oganesyan, according to logic, should make the second move in his vendetta against Igor Albin.
