The Cheka-OGPU found out the details of the biography of notary Yevgeny Prigozhin, who is in charge of the hereditary business of the leader of the Wagner PMC. Anatoly Akulenko, a 65-year-old native of the city of Shchors, Chernigov region of Ukraine, lives and works, like the late Prigozhin, on Vasilyevsky Island. They knew Yevgeny Prigozhin through authorities in the northern capital: both worked with Misha Kutaissky (Mikhail Mirilashvili) and Roman Tsepov (whose Baltic Escort guarded Putin). After the latter was poisoned, the notary briefly lost the ground from under his feet – Anatoly Akulenko became a defendant in a criminal case, where he was suspected of abusing the powers of a notary. As part of a criminal group, he committed fraud with the import of cars through a customs point on the Russian border with Finland. In particular, forged signatures were identified, and the organizer of the Fast Motors car dealership soon made a splash throughout the country: a criminal case was opened against the notary’s accomplices, and the buyers of foreign cars they had abandoned staged pickets in St. Petersburg. At that time, a promising businessman, balancing his criminal past between bandits and security officers, became a new roof and support for Anatoly Akulenko, thanks to whom the notary first went to sign, and soon returned to the office on Vasilievsky. A few years later, in 2013, Anatoly Akulenko was again included in the incident reports, but as an applicant. The notary drank heavily (to this day this problem has not been solved) and not only in Yevgeny Prigozhin’s establishments. He was taken to ward 13 of the neurology department of the 122nd medical unit, where he wrote a statement about the loss of his passport.
