Information about the deputy head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow, Igor Zinoviev, has disappeared from the website of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for Moscow. He left his post. Despite all attempts to intercede for the general, his friend, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Kolokoltsev. Zinoviev’s resignation was sought by the oligarch God Nisanov, the best friend of SVR director Sergei Naryshkin. Zinoviev is already the fourth general who was removed by Nisanov, offended by the attack on his relative.

As the Cheka-OGPU reported, Zinoviev was forced to submit his resignation back in April. But the struggle for the general’s fate continued. Kolokoltsev and the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow, Baranov, who have been friends with Zinoviev for decades, tried to ensure that Zinoviev remained in office. But Nisanov wasn’t happy with just resignation; he wanted the general to be “imprisoned.” The battle ended with Zinoviev simply being escorted into retirement.

Previously, the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Southern Administrative District, Dmitry Ryabov, the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Closed Administrative District, Boris Sheinkin, and the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the North-Western Administrative District, Anton Romeiko-Gurko, were dismissed. All three generals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation suffered for “attacking” the business of God Nisanov.
According to the source of the Cheka-OGPU, the main character of this story is General Sheinkin’s chief financial officer, his eternal “adjutant” Denis Kozlov, who at the time of the events held the position of deputy chief of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Closed Joint-Stock Company for operational work. He told the generals about the “sweet pie” – a businessman from one of the CIS countries who is engaged in illegal activities on an astronomical scale. And if you “shock” him, he will become a “cash cow” for many years. The businessman’s offices, warehouses and other facilities were located on the territory of the Southern Administrative District, the Closed Administrative District and the North-Western Administrative District, so three generals went into action. And the coordinator was the deputy head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow, Igor Zinoviev. All the businessman’s premises were located in the facilities of God Nisanov, which should have alerted the generals – Nisanov is an inviolable person. However, inquiries showed that the businessman only rents premises from Nisanov’s structures, which means immunity does not apply to him. As a result, dozens of operatives raided all the businessman’s premises in three districts, including premises in the Ukraine and Slavyanskaya hotels, as part of some “event”.

And soon Kozlov explained to the businessman the rules of the game and the wishes of the generals. But, as it turned out, the latter’s certificates were erroneous. The businessman was not only Nisanov’s undisclosed partner and friend, but also his distant relative. All the generals are close to Kolokoltsev, so Nisanov was unable to solve the problem through the Ministry of Internal Affairs, despite his good relationship with the minister. Then, as our interlocutor said, Nisanov turned to his longtime friend, the head of the SVR, Sergei Naryshkin. And he immediately contacted the RF AP and the RF FSB.

Ryabov, Sheinkin and Romeiko-Gurko were fired. There was a fight for Zinoviev, who was a friend of Kolokoltsev and Baranov. He was one of the main contenders for the position of head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Moscow Region. But Nisanov did not forgive the general…
