Criminal cases are being initiated, and pressure is being put on those whom everyone considered decent and respected in the city. They write that State Duma deputy Tatyana Solomatina has already come under attack – her daughter Ekaterina Felzinger, owner of the Zdorovye group of companies, has been arrested. There is a “hunt” for Tomsk senator Victor Kress through his son. The ex-deputy governor of the Tomsk region, Evgeniy Parshuto, was sent to a pre-trial detention center. And September 1 the head of Tomsk Rostechnadzor was arrested on charges of bribery.

Against the backdrop of such shocking news, the fact that a second charge was brought against the former head of the Department of Road Activities, Sergei Aushev, went almost unnoticed by Tomsk residents and the media. But in vain. As the Cheka previously wrote, in the new criminal case we are talking about the misuse of funds associated with the purchase of a bulldozer for the needs of the city.

They say that this criminal case did not arise by chance. After all, it is Aushev who is now the main witness in the case of the former mayor of the city, Ivan Klein. And it is precisely on his testimony that, as Tomsk residents believe, for the sake of the promised commutation of the sentence, the accusation against Klein is based. Nezygar wrote that Klein was being tried for the second time, as if it were a carbon copy. First, they initiate cases against witnesses, obtain the necessary testimony from them, give them suspended sentences, and from these testimonies they “shape” a criminal case against higher-ranking officials. And now the second charge has been brought against the former official, apparently so that he would not change his testimony in today’s court.
