Let us recall, as the Cheka-OGPU reported, on July 27, 2023, in the Krasnodar fitness club Orange Fitness, a completely adult man in the pool corrupted a minor girl, barely 13 years old, for which he was detained.
The suspect turned out to be Aslancheriy Barcho, a respected resident of the Takhtamukaysky district of the Republic of Adygea, against whom a criminal case was opened the very next day under Part 2 of Art. 135 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (committing indecent acts against a person who has reached the age of twelve, but has not reached the age of fourteen). The punishment for such a crime has no alternative – imprisonment from 3 to 8 years.
However, already at the stage of deciding the issue of taking the man into custody, law enforcement officers encountered active opposition from the acting officer. Chairman of the Takhtamukay District Court of Adygea – Barcho Ruslan Aslancherievich, who is not a stranger to the detainee, but his own son. Krasnodar representatives of Themis turned out to be adamant and, despite an influential relative, the suspect was taken into custody.
The investigators began recording and collecting evidence in the case and again stumbled over the powerful judge. According to the source, Barcho Ruslan Aslancherievich found ways to recommend that the investigation “not investigate Dad too much.”
An attempt to crush him with authority turned out to be the exact opposite reaction: it was decided to study all the available many-hour video recordings of the judge’s parent’s visit to the fitness club.
The result of this check was the initiation of another criminal case against the elder Barcho for the commission of a crime already provided for in paragraph “b” of Part 4 of Art. 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – other actions of a sexual nature using the helpless state of the victim (victim), if they are committed against a person under fourteen years of age.
As the investigation established, this crime was committed on July 23, 2023, in the same pool, but against a very young girl.
The acting acting concern became clear. Chairman of the Takhtamukay District Court, because for such feats, according to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, his father could face imprisonment from 12 to 20 years.
It should be noted that Barcho’s father and son are quite well-known, public personalities, they were mentioned more than once in media publications, where the numerous labor and social merits of family members were detailed and scrupulously listed, and the meaning of the name Aslancheriy – a mighty lion was even explained, saying it’s not for nothing that a person bears such a name .
The “concern” expressed by the younger Barcho about the possible discovery of new criminal episodes involving his father is a clear and accurate knowledge of the parent’s predilections.
