As already reported, after the group of people led by Aram Gabrelyanov, who stole Melor OJSC and Promtseolite OJSC, was forced by the courts to return the seized enterprises to the rightful owner – Zeomax LLC, these persons, trying to prevent the return, plundered ” Melor” and “Promzeolite” by removing production equipment, transport, and mining equipment from enterprises. The illegality of these actions was established by a judicial act in case No. A40-132272/2020.
TIG representative Andrei Mushkin (formerly Aram Gabrelyanov’s first deputy for financial matters at the LifeNews publication, in other words, a special confidant) carried out a raider takeover of the management of TsEOMAX, appointing as head the person Gabrelyanov needed – Alexey Tarasov. Then Alexey Tarasov created artificial debt of TSEOMAX to third parties through fraud with false bills in the amount of more than 300 million rubles.
The purpose of these actions was to provoke the bankruptcy of TSEOMAX and thereby make it impossible to return the Melor and Promzeolite enterprises seized by TIG to the rightful owner. The actions taken to create artificial debt were declared illegal on the basis of a number of court decisions, including in cases No. A45-18083/2017 and No. A40-143480/2016. Law enforcement agencies have yet to give a legal assessment of these acts.
Meanwhile, at present, Andrei Mushkin and Alexey Tarasov are already defendants in the criminal case of the theft of “Melor” and “Promtseolite”, which is being considered by the Tagansky District Court of Moscow. In order to compensate for the damage caused to the seized enterprises Melor and Promtseolite, claims for several billion rubles were brought against Aram Gabrelyanov, his son Ashot Gabrelyanov, Andrey Mushkin, Alexey Tarasov and a number of their accomplices.
To evade responsibility, Aram Gabrelyanov and persons associated with him developed new criminal schemes. Thus, the managers of Tseotreidesurs LLC, owned by Aram Gabrelyanov, forged documents and filed a claim with the Moscow Arbitration Court to recover from Promtseolite an alleged debt owed to Tseotreidesurs in the amount of 90 million rubles. A forensic examination confirmed the fact of falsification of signatures on documents substantiating the claims.
Despite this, the judge of the Moscow Arbitration Court, Yulia Anushkina, satisfied the claims in full. It should be noted that legal support for Aram Gabrelyanov is provided by the EPAM law office. Thus, the illegal actions of a group of people led by Aram Gabrelyanov continue to remain unpunished.
