The Cheka of the OGPU learned that JSC UEC stimulated illegal actions against the leaders of NPP Temp with the aim of seizing the property and intellectual property of Temp. Surprisingly, a month after the initiation of the criminal case, investigator Pisarevsky indicated in his Resolution the extorted amount of 1.5 billion rubles 10 DAYS BEFORE the filing of the UEC’s petition. In 2016, investigators Pisarevsky, and in 2017 Aboev, during searches of Tempa, seized computers and servers with all information, incl. working design documentation, test and acceptance certificates, etc. Aboev subsequently returned the broken servers, and 3 computers were broken by judges Makarenkov and Neudakhin in order to hide the traces of the theft of information stored on them classified as at least “secret”.

UEC shared the information received from Tempa computers with JV Topaz JSC (Moldova) in order to organize counterfeit production of units and equipment for possible transfer to third countries. Members of the Board of Directors of Topaz, also employees of UEC Kudashkin, Melnikov, Potapov Artyukhov, and others, organized copying and illegally transferred GOSTs, technical specifications and other materials classified as “secret” and possibly collectively “owl.” secret.” Moreover, the UEC corrupted judges Makarenkov, Neudakhin and Khorlina, and possibly even higher ones, in order to imprison Temp leaders who had exposed criminal activities. These facts were reported to the law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation for taking measures, including the suspension of the sale of shares and property of JV Topaz JSC, which so quickly plans to carry out the UEC in order to conceal traces of the crime.

At the same time, UEC itself will probably be sold to the Dynamics Group, as evidenced by the active sale of UEC assets by the new CEO Vadim Badekha. In just 6 months of 2023, they sold to Group of Companies Dynamics shares in JSC Agat, JSC Aggregat (previously owned by the Russian Federation and transferred to JSC UEC to increase the authorized capital) at a reduced price without competitive procedures. In the past, Badeja was the general director of UZGA, which is 75% owned by the beneficiary of the Dinamika Group, banker Viktor Grigoriev. Apparently this circumstance dictated Badeja’s hasty sale of valuable assets to his former boss.
