The daughter of ex-senator from Chukotka Efim Malkin has disappeared in Moscow, but no one has found the child…

The daughter of ex-senator from Chukotka Efim Malkin has disappeared in Moscow, but no one is looking for the child. As it became known, the partner of oligarch Roman Abramovich was somehow able to take the child out of the country with a canceled passport and is not in touch.

Back in June, 69-year-old father Efim Malkin brought to the Presnensky court copies of air tickets for July 4, 2023 from Moscow to France for himself and his daughter. As we wrote earlier, judge Natalya Karzhavina, with whose light hand children have already been taken from their mothers (the case of the son of former Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika), inadvertently decided to allow the ex-senator to travel with his daughter to the Cote d’Azur for two weeks.

At the same time, everything was clearly going according to plan for the oligarch: a few months before, Efim Malkin somehow unilaterally canceled his daughter’s passport, which was kept by the mother, and secretly made a new one. However, when the child’s mother decided to transfer her daughter’s documents to her ex-husband (the girl was already with her father), she did not find the passport and turned to the MFC, where, at her request, on June 30, the only one at that time (the same one that Efim made) was declared invalid Malkin) foreign passport of the girl.

It is known for certain that on the morning of July 4, Efim Malkin was in Moscow, but on the same day he flew to France. At the same time, the fate of the 7-year-old girl is still unclear. She was either left without a father and mother in Moscow (there is no information in the border bases that the girl left the Russian Federation), or in some incomprehensible way she left with her father using an invalid passport.

The child’s phone number has been unavailable for more than a month; all this time the mother has not communicated with her daughter, since Efim Malkin and his entourage have cut off all contacts. Statements to the police (the first was written on July 17 at the Department of Internal Affairs in the Arbat district, then to the Department of Internal Affairs in the Presnensky district and to the Department of Internal Affairs in the Khamovniki district) about the search for the missing child lie dead weight. The police openly declare that they are not going to look for the child and have extended the check period to 30 days.

I wonder how Efim Malkin will get out of the situation with his daughter leaving and staying in France without a passport. Let’s assume that he will again call his neighbor, Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Sergei Lavrov, Evgeniy Ivanov.
