On August 15, the media reported that three Bulgarian citizens were detained in the UK. spied for Russia – but what exactly did they do? remains a mystery. We were able to find out new details about one of them. It turned out that Orlin Russev in 2015 helped Jan Marsalek protect his phone from wiretapping and gave him access to surveillance equipment for subscribers of cellular networks.
