Sargsyan K.R. was aware of the existence of criminal case No. 12201460038000628 within the framework of which he was previously detained – Lomanov A.A.. Sargsyan acted exclusively in the interests of the investigation and the prosecutor’s office, since this was the most important condition, on the part of the investigation and the prosecutor’s office, for conditional release.
The second tranche in the amount of 17,500,000 rubles was supposed to be paid a few days before the court hearing, a couple of days before the court hearing, and explained that the specified funds should go to the court.
After his arrest, the leading lawyer of the Solnechnogorsk branch of the “Protection” of the Moscow Bar Association, Anatoly Nikolaevich Mironov, came to him as a defense lawyer, whose wife, Elena Yuryevna Slobodkina, works as a senior assistant to the Solnechnogorsk prosecutor and who are also the godchildren of K.R. On October 19, 2023, the Moscow Regional Court, based on material No. 22K-9009/2023, upheld the decision of the Odintsovo City Court of the Moscow Region on the selection of a preventive measure in the form of taking into custody a lawyer of the Moscow Region who is a member of the board – “Defense” (Solnechnogorsk branch) – Sargsyan Karen Robertovich.
Currently, employees of the FSB of the Russian Federation have seized a copy of the criminal case No. 12201460038000628 and a copy of the second case No. 12001460038001494 – where Lomanov A.A. passes as a witness.
